Anya Taylor-Joy

Anya Taylor Joy is a 16 year old American born in Miami Florida. Dennis Alan Taylor was a banker in the past. Jennifer Marina Joy worked as a psychotherapist. His father is an Argentine and has Scottish and English heritage. Her mother's heritage is Spanish and English. Taylor-Joy is one of the five children, four were born to Taylor's father's previous marriage. After being with her parents in Buenos Aires for six years The family moved to Victoria. Taylor Joy says that moving to England was extremely stressful. Taylor Joy was unable to master English and hoped she could move back to Argentina. Hill House had to be her new school when she changed schools from Northlands. She then enrolled at Queen's Gate School, where she learned dance and participated in plays. At the age of 16, she quit school to pursue a full-time career in acting. Taylor-Joy's dream to become an acting star began in the early years of her life. Sarah Doukas of Storm Management was the first one to hire her as an experienced model.
